If you're not too picky about where you sit, you probably won't have a problem with these seats. Sitting behind the backboard did have a few disadvantages. For example, the backboard does act as a bit of an obstruction. And you'll especially notice it and feel it if you typically sit along the sidelines for Mavericks games.
Seeing the other end of the court can also be challenging. If you're watching the Mavericks take on a high tempo team like the Heat or Bulls, however, these seats will do just fine because the play will be up and down, up and down. Getting in and out of our row was very easy. The aisles have plenty of space, if another fan in your row needs out, you can just adjust your legs without having to stand up. If you really feel like spending some money, you can opt for the first one or two rows, those are the courtside seats and they're foldout chairs and have no cup holders.
Outside of our section was a 'Bubba Burger'. Most of the concessions are your usual Tex-Mex with slightly larger portions than probably what you're used to if you've never been to Texas. The beer selection is only average and they're all $8-$11, go figure, right?
If you're not taking the DART to the game, I would suggest parking in Lot E, the blue lot, which sits along Victory Avenue. Parking is usually in the $10-$15 range.
