Sat here with my husband when the Bulls took on the LA Clippers in December 2012. It was an exciting game and the Clippers barely squeaked it out for the win.
116 is behind the backboard but not directly, more to the right side of it. The lettered rows are the seats that sit the closest to the floor. We were in row L and had the seats on the aisle. Our row was tiny with only a few fans assigned to it which was nice. I hate going to game only to be stuck in a row with a million fans that go to the restrooms at all times during the game.

Only downside to these seats is that we couldn't see much of the other side of the court. The fast breaks were fun to watch as the ball advanced towards us. Bulls fans are great, loud when appropriate and a completely different atmosphere than watching some of the other area Chicago sports teams.
Parking was expensive. $25 but we didn't want to risk walking in the surrounding neighborhood before the game. (Chicago's crime has been on the rise). There is parking avaiable on all four sides of the arena.
