To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 106, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Bobcats/Brooklyn Nets game at Time Warner Cable Arena.

Made the short drive from Atlanta to Charlotte to see the Hawks take on the Bobcats. Easy trip, I definitely encourage anyone thinking about making that trip to do it, it's a lot of fun visiting other cities all while checking out your favorite team.
I bought my tickets on Stubhub; got them for well below face value; row M, seats 6 and 7 to be exact. These are club seats. Sadly, they didn't come with a waitstaff or super roomy plush seats but our proximity to the court was amazing. We were directly behind the Hawks' bench so we got to see all of our favorites like Josh Smith and Joe Johnson up close.
Even row A isn't the first row in 106 we came to find out. We walked down to take photos of the court; the security and the ushers were pretty cool about the whole thing. They won't let you venture into the courtside seating area without a ticket so we weren't able to get too close.
There are only three sections along each sideline, so 106 is an excellent place to sit, hands down. Would sit there again in a heartbeat.

The view from these seats were outstanding. I loved being able to hear what the coaches and players were saying on the court and it's quiet possible that you will be able to if you're low enough in the section (rows A thru E).
Our seats were in row C, seats 1 thru 4.
My only complaint would be the price of the tickets but I'm not complaining too much, these same seats at the Staples Center would have been $300 a piece.
The concessions were a little pricey for what you got and the quality of food wasn't all that great but we didn't expect gourmet food for cheap.
