325 is where my brother and I sat for the Raptors game on April 15th last year. It was one of the few games that I've seen where the Celtics actually got killed by a team that sucks.
All that really comes with the ticket price is the view you get and it's average at best. But it's the environment at Celtics games that really makes the experience. I would have liked a little more width to our seats, more leg room would have been nice but it was adequate. Whenever someone needed out of the row, the entire row had to stand up which is an annoyance but so common at these NHL and NBA arenas. we had row 7 which was the middle of the section, avoid any row in the teens so you won't be stuck near the ceiling. The last few rows will sit underneath the overhang but it's a high one, it doesn't bother your view of the court.

We always stay at one of the many nearby hotels and just walk to the arena. Or you can get there by train, the stop is right outside of the arena. Parking is very limited at the TD Garden.

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 325, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Celtics/Brooklyn Nets game at the TD Garden.
