Not sure what Danny below is talking about.
Section 21 is awesome!
The seats don't exactly run parallel with the court but your seats will be near the Celtics bench and if you sit in rows A thru C (courtside seats), you won't be able to find a more intimate Celtics experience because you'll also be near the tunnel the players run out of before and after the game. Behind the courtside seats are only 14 rows of "regular seats" so it's hard to purchase a bad seat in this section. Just my opinion.

There is plenty to do in and around the TD Garden too. There is a pizza joint across the street called Halftime Pizza that is a great place to go after the game if you don't mind waiting for a table. Boston's Little Italy also isn't a far walk from the Garden and there are tons of restaurants in that neighborhood as well, as you can imagine. "The Fours" Restaurant and Bar is also popular. If you eat at some of these places before the game, you can get away with not purchasing any concessions at the arena.

Avoid this section. Not only are you near the end of the court but the seats aren't angled towards the court.
You have to keep turning to the left to see the action. Not a comfortable situation even if you do get floor seats here.
There are 18 rows.
