To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 119, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Nationals game at Nationals Park.
If I told you that you could sit behind home plate at a Major League ballpark for only $60 per ticket in one of the country's biggest cities, you likely wouldn't believe me. But you can because I did in this section for a game against the Marlins. Wonderful seats. Have been to Nationals Park a number of times and think the franchise really dropped the ball by not having the DC skyline or even the water as a backdrop. The construction process seemed rush which it likely was in order to secure a franchise. Sight lines are average but the park is enjoyable.
