They call this area of the field the 'Scoreboard Pavilion'. I liked 237 because it didn't feel as cramped and crowded up there as it does on the bottom level. All you have to do is find the escalators when you enter the ballpark and walk right to your seats. (Escalators are near the right and left field gates). If you get lost, just ask an usher to show you to your seats, they're all over the place and are very friendly.
There is one downside to these seats of course, aside from the occasional highway robbery they charge for a Nationals/Phillies or Nationals/Orioles game. The view of the scoreboard is pretty bad in this section. But you can manage; I know I did and if you want to watch the Nationals game on a giant tv, I guess you could stay at home.
