You can only purchase these seats on a season ticket basis. Occasionally, you will catch them for sale online but very rarely. I've got a buddy who's employer gives him tickets so I've sat here with him before, there was a waiter that brought us our food items but you have to choose from a limited menu.
The buffet was great but was not included in our ticket price. They also have a wine lounge up there if you go for that sort of thing. Personally, I just wanted to see some Jays baseball and this section gave us a great view of it.

Don't come here expecting the rowdy Jays crowd, if there is such thing. They prefer that you wear business casual clothes which is kind of lame for a baseball game so a lot of businessmen will be casually watching the game from these seats.
