Section 51 is right next to Greene's Hill (green patch of grass in center field) and just inside of Vandegriff Plaza which is a very happening place in the ballpark. (Statues of Nolan Ryan and Tom Vandergriff).
Section 51 is also really close to the bullpen the Rangers use so it's a cool spot to be in when a call to the bullpen is made and the pitchers begin warming up.
These are bleacher seats so there are no individual seats. The metal of the seats can make your bum pretty soar after 4 or 5 innings so make sure you do a lap around the bottom level when an inning is over.

These seats are neat because they allow you to look down into the bullpen. You're far from home plate and can't see the jumbotron because it's atop the right field porch. The centerfield pavilion has plenty to offer fans. Huge concourses at this ballpark and it has an amazing design from the outside.
