Kudos to whoever designed this section. It rides the railing of the wall of the 1st baseline but puts fans super close to the action with only a couple of feet of foul territory.
You will also appreciate there being railing instead of a concrete wall. (Refer to the Giants and Angels outfield wall).
Our view of the infield was pretty minimal but good enough to enjoy the game. We were in the last few rows; still decent seats. If I had to guess, I would say there are 12-15 seats in a row.

Very fan friendly ballpark although I wish there were more to do on the outside of the ballpark. Outside, it's a concrete jungle. There is a Joe's Crab Shack nearby as well as a Sherlock's Pub but their food is suspect.
I would also recommend checking out the Rangers Hall of Fame behind the home run porch or maybe taking the tour of the ballpark. Tours are $14 for adults but I'm not sure how far you have to book in advance to be able to go on it. They take you into the locker rooms and the under belly of the ballpark that normal fans don't get to see.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 41, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Rangers game at Rangers Ballpark.
