Bought two tickets in row 14 for a Rangers/Blue Jays game in 2012. Face value for these seats is a whopping $70; among the highest in Major League Baseball. I paid much more than that; it was pretty obscene. I remember the days when you could find these seats for $25 a piece, that was before the two World Series appearances.
35 is just on section away from the Rangers dugout area. Has cup holders at every seat. Had plenty of leg space and room at the arm rests. These are really good seats but that hefty price tag doesn't reflect what you get.

I love the first base side since it stays in the shade for most of the game; very important when you consider how hot Dallas Summers get. And Rangers Ballpark has no openings so there are never any breezes from the nearby water.
The food is great. They have a $28 two foot long hot dog called the "Boomstick". I've never seen anyone brave enough to try it but it sure looks good.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 35, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Rangers game at Rangers Ballpark.
