Went to a Rangers game against the Chicago White Sox. These are the All You Can Eat seats as you well know. The home run porch is the formal name and it has always been a very popular spot for Rangers fans to sit. I've seen at least one game from every section on the home run porch - all are equally good, just watch out for the beam poles.

The free hot dogs did not taste very good. They may have been turkey hot dogs because they did not taste good as the hot dogs at the regular concessions. The chicken sandwich tasted very plain rebut the free popcorn, peanuts, and soft drinks were very good. So all in all, paying $58 for seats in the All You can Eat section could be worth it if you're bringing a family. When you're going solo to games or with friends, it's more ideal to buy the cheaper seats and grab a Boomstick (two foot long hot dog) and a soda at regular price.
Parking is very easy to come by. Most lots cost $15 and the stadium is near major highways so everything is very accessible.

Per the Texas Rangers website, section 251 is part of the All You Can Eat Seats on the right field home run porch. Each ticket includes unlimited grilled chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, peanuts, popcorn, and soft drinks, served in the grill behind the Home Run Porch. You can beginning eating when the ballpark gates open and service ends two hours after the game begins. Individual game tickets are $51 and $58 for designated Premier Games, and discounts are available for groups of 20 or more fans.
Beware, the pillars/poles supporting the home run porch will block your view of the field from some seats so you should be very careful with your seat selection on the home run porch.
