Great seats, especially for the visiting team's fans if you want to sit next to their dugout. We saw the Cardinals play the San Diego Padres who don't exactly have a squad full of all-stars but it was still a cool experience. Row 9, seats 9 and 10 were our exact seats and being that close to the field is excellent, especially when balls were hit down the third base side. We were right where the dirt meets the outfield grass so we kind of got the best of both worlds.
The Terrace is where fans can find the cheapest tickets on average but for weekend series vs. the Reds, Cubs, Giants, etc, they will be $30+. St. Louis loves their baseball but not every game is in as high of a demand as the other.
There's so much I love about Busch Stadium. I love the openness of the walkways, the brick, the sea of red seats and the green grass with the Arch imprinted into it.

If you like to drink at Cardinal games, section 159 has a great stand outside of it that serves wine, mixed drinks, beer and a few food items. 3rd Base Dugout Bar is the name of it.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 159, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium.
