I'm from Kansas City, MO and the family and I went to go see the Royals play the Cardinals during Interleague Play last season. We stayed at the Hilton down the street from the stadium. These two teams play every year just like the Reds/Indians, Yankees/Mets. Our exact seats were in the 2nd row, seats 11-15. Liked that our row didn't have too many fans in it, maybe 12-15 seats in all. The last few rows were protected from the Terrace deck's overhang so even those aren't bad seats. My only complaint would be that my knees were touching the seats at my feet so I didn't have much room to get comfortable but after an inning or so, you get used to the positioning. The Royals ended up winning by a score of 3 to 2. Nice! We didn't catch any flak from the Cardinals fans for cheering for the Royals.

I believe there are fewer seats in the new Busch stadium versus the old Busch stadium which means every seat is often taken. That, and because the Cardinals have won two World Series in 7 seasons. Cardinals fans are always very friendly and very loud when the team does something good on the field. Busch Stadium overall is a great place to watch a game. Everything about it is modern and new but I would rank Kauffman Stadium higher.
The Cardinals don't have a Hall of Fame built yet but it's coming in the next few years with their outfield developments. They also plan to implement rooftop seating like the Chicago Cubs currently have. The Cubs fans should love the imitation from their biggest rival.
