The best part about sitting in section 593 is being next to the visitors bullpen. The Cardinals were playing the Atlanta Braves so we got to see some of the best relievers in the National League up close; Kimbrel, Venters, etc. Make sure to bring your camera. If you get seats in the first 7 rows, you should be able to see into the bullpen for most of the game. Not so much from the later rows.
The downsides? These are the left field bleachers which includes no individual seats, just a metal bench to sit on. No cup holders (where beers go to die) and the bleachers are always known to house some of the rowdier fans that don't have much of a censor. I wouldn't recommend the bleachers to fans bringing their young child to the game but I could be completely wrong. It may depend on who the opponent is that night; hard to get up for the game when the Cardinals are taking on the Marlins.
The tickets are often very cheap; as little as $10 for many of the games so definitely take advantage of that; you'll at least be sitting close to the field.
Seeing the Cardinals play at Busch Stadium was amazing. The stadium is very family friendly and their fans are very welcoming to visiting fans with the occasional harassment of Cubs fans. The staff is really friendly and helpful and know the ins and outs of the place; don't be afraid to ask how to get somewhere. This place will really be buzzing once Ballpark Village is finished and converted into the ballpark.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 593, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cardinals/Texas Rangers game at Busch Stadium.
