Back when Ichiro Suzuki played for the Mariners, section 109 was the place to be. I sat here many times just to be in the area he covered and he played 150+ games per season, he very rarely took time off. So if there is a right fielder you particularly like, 109 would be a great place to sit. It's kind of nestled in the corner of the outfield near the right field foul pole which really limits your view of left field but most fans are just happy with being close to the field.

Keep in mind that these are not bleacher seats, just regular seats and that the last few rows will be located underneath the second level overhang. I've met some great fans sitting out there for the two or three games I've sat there; fans who know baseball and their Mariners in and out so I've got nothing but good things to say about section 109. Have fun at the game and take the Safeco Field tour if you can, only $10 per person and you get to walk onto the field.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 109, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Mariners/Chicago White Sox game at Safeco Field.
