If you've ever sat in the left field bleacher seats at Safeco Field, then just remember that section 349 has essentially the same view of the field and is almost eye level with those seats. 349 is by far the smallest section on the view level if not in the entire ballpark; ONLY SIX ROWS! The view looking left is also spectacular; could see all of downtown Seattle and parts of the water.
The best part was that the section was empty so my friends and I had kind of like our own private section. It was great and the monstrosity of a scoreboard in center field makes sure that Mariners fans are up on all of the scores, statistics and replays throughout the game.
The foul pole was only in our peripheral view but it doesn't act as an obstruction to section 349. Also remember, that they serve Pepsi Products at Safeco and not Coca-Cola products. I know...I was let down too.
