When you sit here, the view of the bay is all you're really paying for. Of course, the view is only good of the Bay in the distance. You'll love seeing the boats come in and out of the port area and the kayakers and sail boats passing by the ballpark. You can't see those things when you sit on the bottom level.

The view of the game is only decent. These are the cheap seat so you can't buy tickets here expecting the best possible experience. The left field foul pole was kind of a nuisance. You also can't make out much of the jumbotron in upper center field. You're at a poor angle and the screen just isn't that big.

If you're going to sit in the upper deck, I at least recommend taking the AT&T Park tour. You get to see places in the ballpark you'll never get to otherwise see and it's $20 per person which is much more expensive than the other ballpark tours I've been on.
