317 had a good view of both the infield and the outfield. The infield is obviously much smaller than the outfield. This is a pitcher's ballpark without a doubt, so the outfield is very deep at Petco Park. Very rarely will a Padres player be among the best home run hitters in baseball. Oh yeah, we had one but let him go to the Boston Red Sox. Bummer.
The all blue seats really add a nice touch being that it's the Padres colors but it's also a little boring.

For whatever reason, they've got the odd numbered sections assigned down the right field side and the even numbered sections down the left field side. It does nothing but cause confusion so if you need help finding your seats, just ask a member of the stadium staff. They're all very knowledgeable about navigating Petco Park.
