143 had a very nice, wide open view of the left side of the outfield as well as parts of center field. Having a fence as a separator rather than cement or railing makes for a better view of the field, especially if you're seated in row 1.
You'll be immediately behind the left fielder the entire game.

If you find yourself constantly referring to the main scoreboard for replays, stats, lineups during baseball games though, you will be disappointed in these seats. You can't see the scoreboard at all from section 143. They put little tvs into the area as consolation but it doesn't help. At least they aren't bleacher seats like so many outfield seats are in other ballparks I've been to (PNC, Fenway, Yankee).

Behind this string of sections is Harry the K's , named after Harry Kalas. It's a sit down restaurant and serves great food. It's slightly less expensive than the traditional fare in the stadium but has a great game day atmosphere. There is a statue in Harry's honor outside of the restaurant as well as other statues scattered throughout the ballpark grounds.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 143, here is a Youtube video shot from row 1 during a Phillies game at Citizens Bank Park.
