These were my seats on May 7th, 2012 for a Phillies game against those dreaded Mets. Loved that there is a fence in front of the first row instead of a cement wall; makes the viewing experience better for the fans sitting in the first few rows.
This side of the outfield isn't too deep but the outfield wall is a little high and won't allow for fans to pull a Steve Bartman. Not sure you would want to do something like that in Philly anyway, these fans boo'd Santa Claus.

One neat thing a lot of Phillies fans probably don't know is that if you catch a home run ball by a Phillies player, you have the opportunity to get it signed by him. Someone from the Guest Services Dept. will usually approach you about it but you have to part with the ball until they mail it back to you.
All of the seats are comfortable in the lower outfield, too. I'm not a fan of the navy blue seats, I think Red seats would have been an excellent touch.
These seats are an easy exit out the right field gate and also just outside of Ashburn alley, my favorite part of the ballpark. FYI, Ashburn Alley opens before the ballpark even opens so if you want to enter early, you can. Up to 2 1/2 hours before first pitch which is perfect for the fans with standing room only tickets.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 103, here is a Youtube video shot from row 2, seat 10 during a Phillies/Houston Astros game at Citizens Bank Park.
