Went to a Phillies game vs. the Milwaukee Brewers and we sat here, about 7 rows up. Great seats but we had to shell out some money for them. Even though these seats are close to the bullpen area, there are two distinctive parts of the ballpark that you can't really see from these seats; the Giant Bell that rings after home runs and the out of town scoreboard. If you want to be able to check other team scores (assuming you're a Mets/Yankees/Pirates fan) you won't be able to refer to the scoreboard or your phone either. Good luck getting any Wi-Fi at this stadium.
Just so you know, if you catch a home run ball from one of the Phillies players in this section (sees a decent amount), take it to the usher in your section. He will tell you how you can have it autographed by that player and mailed back to you. My friend caught a Mayberry home run ball and they did this for him.
Also try the crab fries from Chickie's and Pete's. They're a Philly food staple, almost as much as Pat's and Geno's cheesesteaks.
101 was a small section of seats with an odd angle but still a good angle. Our seats in particular (row 4) looked more towards third base and left field than towards home plate. There were only six rows of seats so you will like these seats if you don't like sitting amongst the large crowds that accompany Phillies games.
The thing I liked the most about 101 was it's location. Right next to both bullpens! The Phillies bullpen was the one closest to the field and the Padres used the back bullpen. The most annoying part was walking down to our seats before the game and seeing many fans in our section that didn't belong there. They were attempting to catch a glimpse of the pitchers in the bullpens but you can do that on Ashburn Alley. Many of the Phillies players will sit in the cave-like area in the shade during the game so you may not be able to see a lot of them unless they pull their chairs out and sit near the fence. We could see the video board from these seats which I also liked. It wasn't the best angle for viewing but was good enough to help keep up with the game.
