I sat here for two games during the Indians series last season. These seats are right next to first base, literally.
The foul territory is huge at this ballpark because it is also an NFL stadium; the Raiders play here.

There were 20 rows in this section, numbered 1-20. Great section to stand outside of for autographs before the game. Not the best ballpark for baseball but the best thing about these seats was that they were extremely affordable.
