Great seats above the Yankees dugout. You will need binoculars to make out anything going on down there, though.
The upper deck is extremely steep, the railing helps keep you balanced but the stair climbing is quiet the pain.
I've sat in almost every section once or twice almost excluding the Legends seats obviously where Jay-Z and Spike Lee all sit.
There are no terrible seats but then again, I'm not too picky about where I sit. 418 stayed in the shade most of the time so we weren't parched or sun burnt (went to a day game in July). I think most fans will enjoy these seats since it's so close to home plate and the first base side.

A few tips...
-Don't drive your vehicle to Yankee stadium unless you want to spend $35-$50 on parking in one of the garages along 161st or River. Instead, take public transportation.
-Leave your Red Sox jersey at home if you're going to a Yankees game. It can get ugly, women, kids, these people just don't care.
-Don't buy your tickets from ticket scalpers on the street. I've heard of too many bad stories about fake tickets.
-You're allowed to bring your own food into the ballpark as long as it's in a see thru grocery bag.
-Get to the ballpark early if you want to see Monument Park. Ideally, you will want to enter thru Gate 8 to beat the lines.
-There is a free Yankees museum near Gate 6 which is also the same Gate the Hard Rock Café is at. Use the Hard Rock as a point of navigation.
