Let me begin this review by saying that the rude New Yorker is only a myth. There are a lot of nice people working these games and in this city. I always hear of how rude an usher is or isn't but they're are the good and bad in all cities.
Our seats were located above the Mets dugout - almost near the top of the stadium, the second to last tier. The 400s are good seats and anything below down to the 100 level seats are good from all angles. The 500s are atrocious and your sight line really suffers when you sit that high up. Especially in a ballpark that's as big as this one.

You can see a lot from this section but behind the scoreboards and behind the ballpark's walls, there isn't much to see. A better view of downtown Flushing would have been nice even though Flushing is nothing but a bunch of auto detailing shops, chop shops and abandoned factories.

Since the Mets are doing better this season, ticket prices have went up a little bit and more fans are beginning to show up so buy your tickets early. I would think twice about wearing my Phillies/Yankees jersey not only in section 407 but into this ballpark, period. You'll receive a good tongue-lashing from some drunk idiot, guaranteed.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 407, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Mets game at Citi Field.
