To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 13, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Twins/St. Louis Cardinals game at Target Field.

Sat in section 13 for a Twins-Mariners game this past season; row 8. The rows in this section are numbered 5 thru 13. It is located behind the visiting team's dugout. Great place to watch a game. You won't miss any of the infield action from this seat.
