I think these seats would be better served being connected to the rest of the all star seats in front, making one big giant section rather than having an area with walkways and rails for fans to navigate while the game is going on. We had this problem the night we went. Too many fans walking around looking for their seats while we were trying to watch the game. The usher should at least keep them from entering their section until a batter is out/strikes out. Kind of like at a Ducks game, fans shouldn't leave your seat until the puck stops.
Overall, I would give this section 2 out of 4 stars. One star for it's proximity to the field, one for it being in the shade. Minus a star for being overpriced and minus a star for fans walking up and down the aisles while the game was going on.
Probably wouldn't sit here again but if I'm going to be spending this kind of money to attend a Major League Baseball game, I'm expecting a little more.
