I'm not too picky about where I sit for games, no matter who the Angels are playing, I just enjoy being in the ballpark to soak up the atmosphere, the smell of the food, the sights and sounds, etc. 430 beats any seat you have at home in front of the tv. The fans were very friendly and lively up there. The steep stairs allowed for us to see over the row in front of us really well. Don't sit here expecting a ton of space for your legs. The placement of the cup holder was right at my knees which didn't really allow me to have too much room to work with. Even the outfield pavilion seats seemed to have more leg space. The view of the infield was also at a minimum. The right side of the outfield, we could see perfectly. Also, no shade on this side of the stadium. If you're going to a day game and sitting here, make sure to wear sunscreen.

There's a pretty good string of concessions on this side of the stadium. We ate at the stand called Grandstand. Our son had the Rally Monkey kid's Combo and I had the Big League Nachos. They also had ice cream sandwiches available (yum). All of it, costing an arm and a leg of course, but show me a ballpark where concessions are cheap. Even in Minor League Ballparks, food isn't cheap. You might also want to try Major League dogs where they served foot long hot dogs or Panda Express. All of the best restaurants near Angel ballpark is on Katella Avenue. I usually just settle for 'Chili's" on Katella Avenue if I'm just with friends.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 430, here is a Youtube video shot from there during an Angels game at Angel Stadium of Anaheim.
