Of Houston's three stadiums, I would have to say that Minute Maid Park is the best but the Toyota Center and Reliant Stadium aren't hard to top. All three stadiums are clean and sterile but Minute Maid has the most nostalgic feel and is the one that gets used the most.
Anyway, 436 is where my brother and I sat most recently for an Astros/Mariners game. Our time there was short. We just didn't appreciate sitting behind the foul pole in right field; felt too close to our faces. We moved down a few sections but aside from the foul pole, these wouldn't be terrible seats to have for a game. The tickets were the same price as a happy meal and if you're allowed to bring your own food into the stadium, why wouldn't you take advantage?
