To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 116, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Tigers/San Francisco Giants game at Comerica Park.

There are two parts to section 116; rows 1-33 and rows A-G. I have season tickets here and the section is actually fairly average. You're down the first baseline, closer to the outfield than the infield. You don't have the nice view of the Detroit skyline like you do behind home plate and on the first baseline. Tickets for this section go for as cheap as $12, depending on the game.
