Section 402 are the center most RockPile seats and is also the biggest section among the three that make up the Rockpile. The rows consists of rows 4-32 so you can end up with really good seats or really bad seats but you're shelling out peanuts for these tickets, how great can they be? If you don't mind sitting in bleacher seats, 402 may be your cup of tea. Beware that even though these seats are above the bird's eye view area, you don't have a bird's eye view of everything. You can't see into the home run area in center field that has the water, tree and rock display. You also won't be able to see the balls caught at the warning track but I've come to find that balls are either hit out of the park or in the shallow part of the outfield most of the time, so no worries.

You will be able to see bits and pieces of the Denver skyline from these seats although the view of it is pretty minimal. Wish they could have incorporated the skyline more into the ballpark like Comerica Park and PNC Park did. However, Coors has an excellent design and is very easy to navigate. It's the best place to spend a summer day in Denver - come and visit!

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 402, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Rockies/Chicago Cubs game at Coors Field.
