Pretty good view, also has the overhang for shade in the summer. From this seat, you can easily get to players on the field during pregame for autographs and to the dugout. Also pretty easy to sneak down a few dozen rows at not-so-crowded games, since security is pretty lax.
Not a good spot for foul balls because of the overhang, but besides that, this seat is good.
