Sat here on September 25th, 2012 for the Chicago Cubs game. The Rockies won so I was in good spirits going home. I had seats in row 8 with my girlfriend. These seats aren't bad but they aren't great either. When you sit in far right field, you can't see what's going on in left field too well but good enough I guess.
The seats were comfortable, had ample leg and elbow space although I would have liked a little bit more width to my seat. The seats are all colored green and are pushdown seats similar to what you find league wide.
Just keep in mind that section 207 and the 200s along the outfield are part of the mezzanine and not the club area. So there aren't really any amenities for this section.

If you sit in the club seats, you have access to private lounges, restrooms, have waiters that wait on you in your section, etc. This place has really revitalized and breathed life into the Lower Downtown area, now we just need a World Series, we got a little bit of a taste in 2007.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 207, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Rockies/Miami Marlins game at Coors Field.
