Went to an Indians/Tigers game earlier this year and I can't say enough good things about Progressive Field. Even almost 20 years later, it still has that new feeling to it.
Our seats for this particular game were in row AA which put us maybe 20 rows from the field, give or take. The "Suite Seats" are the ones closest to home plate and are down in front putting section 149 a little further from the field. The three levels of club sections on the upper levels really put the upper reserved ticket holders at a disadvantage too! It's silly but that's one of the main reasons they wanted to tear down the old Cleveland Muni stadium; to build more club seating!

Anyway, our seats were a little pricey but good overall. We were happy, no complaints.

I would always recommend taking the E,C or L lines to the ballpark depending on which side of Cleveland you live on. It saves both time and money and you don't have to worry about how much you have to drink. Flannery's Pub and City Tap are two places you should hit up before or after a game. I don't care what you hear about Cleveland, it's a fun city!

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 149, here is a Youtube video shot from there during an Indians game at Progressive Field.
