Sat in this section for my first ever trip to Great American. The Reds were playing the Philadelphia Phillies so I was excited to see such a great matchup in my first visit. Even though it says it's almost ten years old, it still looks and feels like a brand new ballpark.
The view is essentially the same between sections 520-526. You will be too high up to notice any differences. The stairs are extremely steep and it definitely feels as if you're on the fifth level. Between going thru security and actually getting to our seats was maybe a 20 minute process. I didn't see any escalators to the top level so we took the ramps with hundreds of other Reds fans.
The concourses are among the widest I've seen in a stadium, so that's a plus. If you've never been to Cincinnati, the concession stands of Skyline Chili and Larosa's Pizza are area favorites but go to the chains in the city if you want to eat their food without getting ripped off.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 526, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Reds/San Francisco Giants game at Great American Ballpark.
