If you're going to sit in this section, sit as close to the bottom of the section as possible to ensure the best view. Fewer steps to climb if you go that route too. Having the main scoreboard to our backs was kind of a pain but if you sit low, you'll be able to make it all out really well. Home runs are routinely hit in the 2nd deck of GABP, do not be deceived.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 404, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Reds/Atlanta Braves game at Great American Ballpark.

Sat in row U on Sunday June 5th when the LA Dodgers were in town to play the Reds. Seats were $8 a ticket at face value, but paid a scalper $10 outside of the stadium. The seats provide a beautiful view of the Ohio River, but the jumbotron is behind you and you are directly underneath it and cannot see it well. You have a great view of the field, these are directly behind the left fielder on the second level, but your view of the warning track is obstructed so you will never get to see any great catches. I would not sit in this section again if I had a choice, much better seats elsewhere.
