Had section 403, row J. There are two tiers of the bleachers and we were the 4th row in the second tier. It wasn't jam packed so there was plenty of leg room and such in our row. The best thing about these sections is they're close to The Machine Room Grille (so basically any section in the left field bleachers (400 - 406).
You also can't beat $8 for a seat. I don't care how poor you are, get out and support the Reds and sit in the bleachers!

Sat in row k, seat 5 on April 6th vs. the Houston Astros. This section is in the bleachers, bleacher seats are only $8. Bleacher seats are obviously, not the most comfortable seats in ballparks. Section is directly behind the left fielder, second level, giving you an excellent view of the field. No wait for concessions and bathrooms. Section is ok to sit in, but if you can, go for section 401 in the bleachers. It is right next to the bullpen and party deck.
