These seats are right next to the visitors bullpen. There is a tarp over where the relief pitchers sit so you can't see them during the game but you can watch them warm up in the bullpen.
If you've ever sat anywhere on the Moon Deck before, you know that it's a popular place to sit - right behind Jay Bruce the entire game.
Bathrooms are just outside of the exit tunnel and is a quick in and out. You can also take a breather during the middle of an inning to stand and admire the beautiful Ohio River behind your seats.
If you're not too picky about being close to the infield action, you'll like it here.
The ballpark is probably in the bottom third of Major League Baseball. Crosley Terrace out front is cool but it's missing something and I don't quiet know what it is. Maybe inaccessibility due to the lack of a light rail station in Cincinnati? Or maybe because the Reds just haven't hung a World Series banner here yet.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 140, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Reds/Houston Astros game at Great American Ballpark.
