These seats used to be called the 'Diamond Seats'. Now they're called the 'Mercedes-Benz Diamond Seats'. Just a move that probably netted the Castellini's a few extra million dollars.
Section 1 is right next to the visitors batter's box and maybe 20 feet from the visitors dugout.
You have access to a pre-game buffet when you hold a diamond club ticket. The entrance is private, parking is included in your ticket, the restrooms are private, the concessions are private. It's pretty much like VIP at a night club. If you've got the money, go for it. Just keep in mind that face value for the Kroger bleacher seats are $8. Can't beat that!

The only annoying thing for some folks may be the protective netting in front of you; but it's obviously there for our safety.

Section 1 is a Diamond club section which are the best seats in the ballpark; behind home plate. The rows are lettered A thru H. These seats are all you can eat and drink which is great but the tickets are more than $200 for a ticket.
