Seat view from Roof Box 29 at Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox

Being from Manhattan and despite my intense hatred for most things Red Sox, after checking out Fenway Park for the first time in many years, I have to admit this is the most glorious ballpark in all of baseball and I'm jealous the Mets don't have anything to compare.

One would think that since this area dons a name like "Rooftop Deck", the seats are brand new and flawless. They're good, no obstructions unless you count the part of the outfield that the Pesky Pole blocks. But the seats faced straight forward rather than towards home plate. Aside from the small size of the seats, this is another common complaint at Fenway Park. But I would definitely sit here again. Nothing a Sam Adams won't fix.

One thing Red Sox fans may not know and I was surprised to find out is that regular fans can go on top of the Green Monster following the game to take photos. There aren't very many MLB ballparks around that are this fan friendly.
