A few things you should know about these seats:

Small, cramped and wooden. Fans were much smaller in the days preceding Fenway's construction.
There is a small divider between this section and the loge seats to the left. I think this is a small tunnel area for the grounds crew too.
You have to walk to the top of the grandstand to reach the concourse area. So the closer you are to the field, the further you are from the bathroom. That kind of goes without saying, though.
The fans are also hit or miss. Yes, the Red sox have a passionate fan base but not every Red Sox fan can afford to attend a live game.
No beam poles to worry about in this section.
The advertisements along the Green Monster and above it are starting to get ridiculous.
