Had row 13; the epitome of the "cheap seats" but I loved every minute of it. It's a better view than what you're probably expecting, the headache is just getting there as opposed to sitting on the bottom level where you can get to your seats within minutes of entering the gate. There are escalators at Camden though, so you don't have to worry about taking the stairs all of the time.
The jumbotron is big but could be bigger. I try not to resort to it too much; I like trying to keep my eye on what's going on down on the field.
The seats themselves are probably what you've encountered in other ballparks around the country. Comfortable but lacking in leg space. That's the case here.

Camden Yards is what makes baseball so great in America. It is a breathtaking ballpark, fan friendly to visiting fans, and an overall great experience. There is a great food selection too; Boog's BBQ is the local favorite and there are a number of places where you can get crab related items both inside and outside of the ballpark.
