Our seats were overlooking first base down the first baseline. This is the side of the ballpark that faces the sun so bing your sunblock. ($15 to purchase on site). Binoculars aren't required but are sometimes necessary depending on the person. If you bring a headset with the broadcast of the game, you should be fine. Without either, it will be hard to keep up with the game. I'm always more in tune with what's going on sitting down next to the field. Tickets for this section will run you $15 for the box portion and $10 for the regular portion. The box seats are a little better, since there won't be any fans walking in front of you up and down the aisles.

If you're new to Camden Yards, I would suggest getting to the ballpark a few hours early to soak in the atmosphere on Eutaw Street and try some of the local grub. You will especially like the Cal Ripken statue as well as the bronze baseballs outside of the Eutaw Street entrance. Unfortunately, once the Nationals arrived in DC, the Orioles lost a lot of their fan base but that's ok. This franchise isn't going anywhere.
