My wife and I sat in row 2 (box), seats 4 and 5 for the Orioles - Twins game last April. Our seats had great views of third base and the rest of the infield. The oh so famous B&O Warehouse is in plain view straight ahead. It's a shame to think they were once planning to knock it down because in all honesty, it's the identity of this ballpark. Kind of like how the Green Monster is the identity to Fenway Park.
Each upper deck section has 25 rows; 12 box rows and 13 in the reserved part of the section. The boxes are much better but also come with a steeper price tag and don't require you to climb stairs.
