The pass allows fans to view the game from any of the standing room only area inside the Golden 1 Center. Fans will be able to watch games from the Junction by Bud Light (adjacent to Sierra Nevada Draught House) which offers high top tables and stools. The American Airlines Center, home of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks and NHL’s Dallas Stars, will continue to roll out it’s premium seating options for fans with the addition of “The Lofts”. The arena already has implemented similar premium seating options in the past with the Service King Lounge Theatre Boxes and CyrusOne Club Loge Boxes. Like the other theatre-style boxes, The Lofts will be seen as the perfect opportunity for small to medium sized businesses in the Dallas area to entertain important clients and business contacts.

Metllife Stadium Seating Chart, New York Jets, New York Giants

The New York Giants and New York Jets have called Metlife Stadium home since the stadium debuted in 2010. SoFi Stadium will become the second NFL stadium to host two teams (Los Angeles Rams, Los Angeles Chargers) when it opens in 2020. Despite being located in a swampy and industrial area of New Jersey, Metlife Stadium does not disappoint. Our staff wanted to provide a thorough breakdown of the Metlife Stadium seating chart to help football fans decide where to sit before purchasing their New York Giants and New York Jets tickets.

Nathan Hubbard, former CEO of Ticketmaster and a contributor for The Ringer, recently wrote an interesting article detailing the end of sports fans purchasing season tickets for their favorite team. Hubbard, a former season ticket holder of both the Los Angeles Clippers and Washington Redskins found out just how hard it can be to unload tickets on the secondary ticket market privately. More than half way through the article, you finally catch on to what Hubbard is revealing.

Hillsborough County Commissioner Ken Hagan has all but confirmed the Channel District-Ybor City area as the future site of the Tampa Bay Rays’ home stadium. At the moment, the county is trying to acquire the land from multiple landowners which has been the largest obstacle. The next biggest obstacle is how the team will fund the stadium’s construction while not relying too heavily on the local taxpayers for the revenue.

A Maricopa County judge has ruled in favor of the county after the Arizona Diamondbacks filed a lawsuit against them over the unfunded repairs. The case will now be sent to an independent panel that will handle the matter privately.

View of the Playing Field from the Upper Level of Suntrust Park in Atlanta, Georgia

When we first heard that the Atlanta Braves were lobbying for a brand new stadium a few years back, we laughed. Turner Field wasn’t even 20 years old although it was widely considered a less than stellar ballpark compared to the rest of the league. This weekend our staff was excited to visit and review Suntrust Park, home of the Atlanta Braves, during the stadium’s inaugural season. The Braves were hosting the Cincinnati Reds.

With the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers moving into a $2 billion stadium in Inglewood in three years, the Los Angeles Clippers are also interested in building a new arena in the same area. Two months ago, Inglewood, California’s city council approved of a three-year negotiation period between the city and the Los Angeles Clippers in regards to constructing the arena. In fact, the Clippers paid a $1.5 million deposit to cover expenses during the negotiation period. That same city council is now pondering a vote that would shrink the plot of land that the Los Angeles Clippers would be able to build on after push back from area residents.

Boston Red Sox owner John Henry has decided to ride the current wave of political correctness in the United States and has called for the renaming of Yawkey Way outside of Fenway Park. According to Henry, he is haunted by the Yawkey family’s history of racial intolerance. This, of course, comes 15 years after Henry first purchased the Boston Red Sox.

The stadium is one of the most symmetrical stadiums in the National Football League and has only three levels of seats; the lower level (100’s), the club level and upper end zone (200’s) and the upper level (300’s). Paul Brown Stadium has been home to the Cincinnati Bengals since 2000 and is a beautiful open-aired stadium on the banks of the Ohio River.

Where To Sit At The Stubhub Center

The Stubhub Center will serve as the temporary home stadium of the Los Angeles Chargers until the 2020 NFL season when they move into their $2.6 billion stadium in Inglewood. During that time, the venue will be known as the smallest stadium in the National Football League with a capacity of only 27,000 seats. With such a small capacity, the Stubhub Center will offer one of the most intimate viewing experiences in the NFL. The Los Angeles Chargers have spent $10 million to bring the stadium up to NFL standards. The Stubhub Center is located in Carson, California, was previously known as the Home Depot Center and is also home to Major League Soccer’s Los Angeles Galaxy.

We’ve heard of some different ticket promotions in our day. The Los Angeles Dodgers will host “Hello Kitty Night” at Dodger Stadium on September 25th. The Los Angeles Dodgers have hosted “Hello Kitty Nights” during previous seasons. Maybe the event is a hit? Even the Milwaukee Brewers hosted a Hello Kitty Night at Miller Park earlier this season. We're just having a hard time connecting Hello Kitty, which appeals to young girls, to the game of baseball.

The Cincinnati Reds were the first Major League Baseball team to play night baseball when they hosted the Philadelphia Phillies at Crosley Field on May 24th, 1935. The Chicago Cubs, however, did not play their first night game at Wrigley Field until August 8th, 1988 (8/8/88) when they too hosted the Philadelphia Phillies. That was 29 years ago, today. Day baseball has long been a distinguishable tradition at Wrigley Field. Oddly enough, the Chicago Cubs recently lobbied for more night games to be held at Wrigley Field moving forward and the city is pushing back.
