Levi's Stadium Seating Chart, San Francisco 49ers.

Though San Francisco 49ers fans feel nostalgic about the old Candlestick Park in San Francisco, Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara is easily one of the nicest stadiums in the National Football League. Unless, of course, we’re talking about the lack of shade on the east side of the stadium, or the 45 minute commute to Santa Clara from San Francisco. Our staff wanted to provide a thorough breakdown of the Levi’s Stadium seating chart to help fans decide where to sit before purchasing their San Francisco 49ers tickets.

Where To Sit At Levi’s Stadium

The layout at Levi’s Stadium is a little different than most NFL stadiums. There are three seating levels including the lower level, club level, and upper level. However, the east side of Levi’s Stadium has a tower of suites instead of seats on the upper level. We’ll begin by first discussing the lower level seats.

Lower Level

The lower level seats consist of sections 101 through 146. The lower level sections will have between 34 and 37 rows of seats in each section. Row 1 is the first row in most lower level sections. The San Francisco 49ers’ sideline is located in front of sections C137, C138, and C139. The visiting team’s sideline is located in front of sections C114, C115, and C116.

The San Francisco 49ers’ tunnel is located adjacent to sections 125 and 126. The visiting team’s tunnel is located adjacent to sections 145 and 146. Keep in mind that the lower level sections closest to midfield are actually exclusive club sections called the BNY Mellon Club seats (see below).

The San Francisco 49ers organization are one of the many NFL teams that require fans to purchase PSLs, or personal seat licenses in order to purchase season tickets. However, the 49ers have their own term for this concept, and instead, call it a stadium builder’s license (SBL). Owning a stadium builder’s license also allows fans to purchase tickets to concerts and other events at Levi’s Stadium before the general public. SBL owners have the right to resell their license or transfer it to a family member at a later date.

The San Francisco 49ers also now offer mobile ticketing. To learn more about Levi’s Stadium’s mobile ticketing policies, please visit 49ers.com.
