Formerly known as Bank One BallPark, Chase Field has been home to the Arizona Diamondbacks since 1998. It was the third stadium in Major League Baseball to have a retractable roof. The old Yankee Stadium had served as the home of the New York Yankees from 1923-1973, and from 1976-2008. The new Yankee Stadium was constructed at an estimated cost of $1.5 billion dollars and has a capacity of 52,325. Yankee Stadium is the second largest ballpark in Major League Baseball and opened in 2009; the same year as Citi Field, home of the New York Mets.
